Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of chatpacks.co and the ChatPacks products and services operated by Autopilot Ventures LLC ("ChatPacks," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a ChatPack, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and current.

ChatPacks and digital delivery

ChatPacks are digital products designed to help you configure and use ChatGPT for a defined job or business outcome. The contents, compatible tools, and access period shown on a product page at purchase form part of your order. Delivery normally occurs through your protected customer library after successful payment.

Third-party features, models, plugins, connected apps, and account permissions may vary by plan, region, workspace, and provider. We do not guarantee that every optional integration will be available to every customer, and each ChatPack may include a manual or no-plugin workflow where stated.

Purchases and refunds

Prices, taxes, payment terms, and any refund policy are shown at checkout or on the applicable product page. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize the provider to charge the payment method you select. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

Your license

After purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ChatPack for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may adapt its working materials for your business. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, share account access to, copy for competing products, or commercially exploit a ChatPack without written permission.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, sending, or acting on them. You remain responsible for business decisions, advertising claims, customer communications, spending, legal compliance, platform policies, and any action taken through a connected service.

You may not use ChatPacks to break the law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, deceive others, obtain unauthorized access, or cause harm. You may not interfere with the service or attempt to extract source code except where law expressly permits it.

Artificial intelligence and third-party services

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. ChatPacks provides educational material and workflows, not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. ChatGPT and any connected tools are third-party services governed by their own terms, availability, limits, and data practices. ChatPacks is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.

Intellectual property

ChatPacks, its branding, product materials, site content, instructions, templates, and related intellectual property remain owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of information and materials you provide, and you grant us only the rights reasonably needed to operate and support the service.

Availability and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the product. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, fraud, abuse, or risks to the service or other users. You may stop using ChatPacks at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChatPacks is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee a particular business, advertising, financial, or operational result. To the extent permitted by law, Autopilot Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Autopilot Ventures LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections and rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.
