Privacy Policy

ChatPacks is operated by Autopilot Ventures LLC ("ChatPacks," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have when you use chatpacks.co, create an account, or access a ChatPack.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, account details, support messages, and information you add while setting up or using a ChatPack. We also keep records of the ChatPacks you purchase or have access to.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us so we can create and secure your account. We do not receive your Google password, contacts, files, or private Google content through sign-in.

We may automatically receive basic technical and usage information, such as your browser, device, IP address, pages viewed, and login activity. We use cookies and similar technologies where needed to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the service, and understand whether the site is working properly.

How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate your account, provide access to purchases, deliver and improve ChatPacks, respond to support requests, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service-related updates.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use information received from Google sign-in for advertising, and we do not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence models.

Services that process information

We use trusted service providers to operate ChatPacks. These currently include Supabase for authentication and account data, Vercel for website hosting, and Google for optional account sign-in. Payment processors may process purchases without giving us your full payment-card details. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

How we share information

We share information only with providers that help us operate the service, when you direct us to, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect ChatPacks, our customers, or the public. We may also transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can choose email sign-in instead of Google sign-in. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also ask us to close your account and delete associated personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.

Children

ChatPacks is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
